She's Back...

And is ready to do bodily harm. The flu? No. It's my PMS. Okay so yes, I have had the good ole friend come to visit since giving birth but it seems that she has read up on her old ways and the old hormones are back. I seriously may have eaten a whole GIANT bag (BJ's size)of peanut M & M's. I can't seem to control my eating and have no urge to workout. Today I am getting the wonderful bloating and extreme tired feeling. I hate how this time can totally knock me out of my normal routine. So here are my questions to you all- Do you get these types of out-of-control eating feelings and extreme feeling of being tired and lethargic? and Are you able to brush it off as pms and ignore it or do you cave and eat uncontrollably? If you are able to brush it off...please share HOW????!!!!

I think this is why I haven't lost any weight in like 10 years. For the first 2 weeks of any given month, I am a disciplined eater and exerciser. Then, for the next 2 weeks of the month, I eat things like pasta with olive oil and cheese, and then maybe a chocolate bar, and then maybe some bread with butter dipped in olive oil and layered with cheese, and then I find myself in front of the refrigerator just licking the crumbs off the damn cheese wrapper. And then I wrap myself in a blanket, rent a girlie movie, and cry on the couch.

So, yeah. No advice here.

marie, that made me laugh out loud to myself...and then made me walk to the pantry and take another handful of peanut m&m's. lol

Hey hon....don't be too hard on yourself in regards to the peanut M&M's.....I've been dipping into that bag as well every time I go to the pantry for something!!!!
