Well chrissy's does...not so much mine. (not sure what that says about me???). But anywho...we took a cycling class the other day. 45 minutes of a lady yelling out what types of hills you are to "imagine" you are on whilst having you increase the tension of your bike. Let me, if i may, describe a few of the funny characters in the class. 1. Lady in front of Chrissy...that was going so goddamn fast I thought her bike would fly off the hinges and go screeching through the mirrors. 2. The guy in back of chrissy...who looked like he jumped into a lake during the class he was so soaked with sweat! DISGUSTING!!! 3. Chrissy who was looking like she was going to kill, the instructor, me or the bike ...she wasn't having it! I'm thinking your setting might not have been right...sometimes that can make your crotchal area hurt..lol!
(sad part is i forgot the setting the lady told me and it was perfect...sadder...I think about it everynight and try to remember.)

thanks for explaining the crotch thing... I remember when I took a spin class at UConn... my butt hurt so much, I never did or will do a spin class again...
side note... what's with the "whilst"??
My crotched area still hurts... you going tomorrow? I still feel like PeeWee Herman at that damn class but selfdiet says it burns a buttload of calories so Ima suck it up.
