Sat in the bathroom for 1 1/2 hours....peed at 1:40 Came out for 10 minutes...peed on floor. When rushed to the bathroom..."oh too late..the pee pee said it is all done Mommy!"

Someone just told me that buying special underwear is a big motivator. Get her some Dora or Cinderella underwear and tell her they'll be soooooo sad if they get wet! They like to stay dry!
That's some messed up psychological torture, I'm sure, but... maybe it'll work!
Thanks everyone! Will post tomorrow how everything went...but very successful! Mommy (meaning me) read up on it for a while before trying! decorations, special underwear, prizes, surprise phonecalls...check! It worked really well. So proud.
