1. Sleeveless shirts when you have hairy armpits. Eventually you are going to sweat and that means you are going to eventually smell. Please if you must, don't come next to me. It is hard to stay motivated with the scent of the armpit so close by. :)
2. Spandex shorts with a loose fitting shirt tucked in. This stuff actually keeps me entertained lol...I'm thinking none of these people live with anyone else because how could you possibly let a loved one leave the house like this?
3. Headband aka "Sweatband" and wristbands aka "sweatwristbands?" Okay so maybe you sweat ALOT and need to wear the headband...but the wristbands...is there really a use for them? If so please indulge?
4. Shorts you can see through, up or into. lol. Yes, people look.
5. Hairspray. You are at the gym. If you forget...leave a note for yourself in the car to remind you that you are not headed to a club. You are at the gym and if your hair is still standing or poofed...you probably aren't doing what you are supposed to.

Personally witnessed some of these. If I could chose one to erradicate it's #4. We do look, even though we try really hard not too. One time I left the gym needing a good brain bleaching.
lol...so friggin funny! Especially since that's not the one I saw...which means there are repeat offenders!
I HATE the loose shorts that you can see into. OTOH, I totally agree that no one should ever wear spandex with shirt tucked in. The conscientious exerciser wears: spandex under loose shorts, no shirt tucking.
There should be a picture of appropriate attire in the front.
#2 & #3 is exactly why I don't belong to a gym. Plus the fact that I hate working out.....lol
holy mackeral...the other day there was this girl with a full done up hairdo as if she was headed to the prom. "Ankle Girl" chrissy! you saw her!
